  1. golden rule:

  5. practise mindful eating,

    be aware of everything you eat

  6. ask yourself

    am I eating out of hunger or habit ?

    what else have I eaten today ?

    what is it made of ?

    how does it taste ?

    do I like it ?

    what is it doing to my body ?

    is it nourishing me ?

    where does it come from ?

    how is my eating this affecting the planet ?

  7. eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, ideally organic

  8. avoid processed foods, high fat foods, high salt foods and high sugar foods

    or eat less often and in smaller amounts

  9. choose unsaturated oils and spreads

  10. consider having a meat and dairy free - meal, day, week, month, year, life

  11. consider having a whole foods, plant based - meal, day, week, month, year, life

  12. enjoy what you eat

  13. choose certified organic and natural skin care products
