colour cleansing introduces you to colour visualisation and colour healing
start by slowly exhaling through your mouth focus on bringing your belly in and underneath your rib cage completely breathing out all of the air in your lungs
now slowly inhale deeply through your nose imagine you are breathing in a white mist
feel this mist travelling down your body allowing your belly to fully expand
gently hold your breath for a few seconds visualise the white mist permeating around your belly
exhale, imagine a black mist travelling up your body and leaving your body through your mouth
focus on bringing your belly in and underneath your rib cage completely breathing out all of the air in your lungs
that completes one cycle
repeat inhaling a white mist and exhaling a black mist until the music changes, for the final music sequence
then visualise a white mist as you breathe in
gently hold your breathe for a few seconds visualise the white mist permeating your entire body
then visualise the white mist leaving your body through your fingers, your toes and your mouth
repeat this final sequence until the track ends
