use it on its own, or at the start of a longer mii‑chi session, or just before going to sleep


focus on your breathing slow your breathing down

breathe in, belly out

breathe out, belly in

close your eyes. cup your left hand over your left eye and your right hand over your right eye

feel the warmth of your palms soothing your eyes

when your eyes feel rested cup your left hand over your left ear and your right hand over your right ear

sounds will become muted and you will hear a gentle white noise. when your mind has quietened down remove your hands from over your ears
