nadi shodhana pranayama
close your right hand in a gentle fist in front of your nose
then extend your thumb and third and fourth fingers
gently close your right nostril with your thumb
inhale slowly through your left nostril
feel the air travelling down your body allowing your belly to fully expand
gently close your left nostril with your third finger
take your thumb off your right nostril
exhale slowly through your right nostril
inhale slowly through the right nostril
feel the air travelling down your body allowing your belly to fully expand
gently close your right nostril with your thumb
take your third finger off your left nostril
exhale slowly through your left nostril
that completes one cycle
repeat cycle 10–20 times
