inhale deeply and slowly through your nose
feel the air travelling down your body allowing your belly to fully expand
hold your breath for 10 seconds
after 10 seconds, inhale a little more through your nose, feel your belly expand a little more and your chest begin to rise
hold your breath for as long as you can
fully exhale through your mouth
focus on bringing your belly in and underneath your rib cage, completely breathing out all of the air in your lungs
that completes one cycle
repeat cycle for 2–5 mins
