this technique introduces colour visualisation and colour therapy
start by slowly exhaling through your mouth
focus on bringing your belly in and underneath your rib cage
completely breathing out all of the air in your lungs
now slowly inhale and deeply through your nose
imagine you are breathing in a white mist
feel this mist travelling down your body allowing your belly to fully expand
hold your breath for a few seconds
imagine the white mist permeating around your belly
exhale, imagine a black mist travelling up your body and leaving your body through your mouth
focus on bringing your belly in and underneath your rib cage
completely breathing out all of the air in your lungs
that completes one cycle
repeat inhaling white and exhaling black for 2–5 mins
