inhale through your nose, then open your mouth and exhale slowly, making a soft whispering ‘haaaa’ sound
(it sounds like ocean waves)
repeat a few times, then close your mouth
keep the back of your throat in the same shape you used to make the soft whispering ‘haaaa’ sound
exhale through your nose continuing to make the soft whispering “haaaa” sound
that completes one cycle
repeat inhaling and exhaling for 2–5 mins
